I purchased this item along with the Pharmacotherapy text book. It provides a number of scenarios for each chapter. The first scenario is relatively easy, the second is pretty tough to work through. The negative part of this is that it doesn't tell you the answers to the cases, nor the best way to go about getting to the answer. It does show you that everything isn't a text book case.
