- A Good StartThis book is a very good introduction to options if you are new to the stock market. It familiarizes the reader with the major U.S. economic indicators to watch, like Consumer Price Index, The Employment Report, etc. It has The Economic Calendar, which gives the dates when the ... - Not well proofreadThis book is clear and easy to read. Unfortunately, the editor was incompetent in financials or the author didn't take the time to review his work carefully. Some of the comments on analysis are clearly worded wrongly; however, the content is so strong and purpose of this book is so well realized in general, that it is easy to recommend it as a "dummy's" book to any person who already has a good grasp of finance - or wait for the next edition.
