Rating: - A whole new perspective!
If I had not belonged to a book club, I don't think I would have chosen this book on my own. By not doing so, I would have missed out tremendously on understanding the core concerns and issues in the Middle East from a non-violent approach. I am an educator and I was so unbelievably touched by Greg Mortenson's Mission to build schools so that children, especially girls, can be educated to think on their own, and not allow themselves to be brainwashed by rheteric and extremist views and interpretations ...
