This is not James Oldshue's "Fluid Mixing Technology." That book should be on every engineer's shelf. (It is necessarily broad but successfully escapes from other technical books published by McGraw-Hill: it is not a collection of magazine articles.) What the Handbook of Industrial Mixing offers is a collection of graduate level material forum discussions on the subject.
