Comments: I purchased a textbook that I needed ASAP only to find out three days later that it was out of stock. I thought that I would be refunded automatically and to my surprise, three weeks later I wasn't. I had to remind them to give me a refund. The only reason I am giving a two star is because when I reminded them they responded right away and give me a refunded within a week.
