Comments: I guess the item was fine. I just didnt see anywhere in the description, before purchasing, that it didnt come with the gps locator. And that was the ONLY reason that I purchased it. He wouldnt give me a refund. I am stuck with it. His answer to me was. Resell it on Amazon. I dont think there is another fool out there like me. Live and learn.
