How much money should I invest?

You only want to trade with money that you can afford to lose because there are never any guarantees of profit when trading any kind of market. However, you can get started with as little as a $2,000 account. The general rule is to not risk (the maximum possible loss) more than 5% of your account size on any one trade (2% for larger accounts).

I am a beginner, what should I do to get started trading?

Get educated first and foremost and then paper trade until you are comfortable with the mechanics of trading and proper position size – you will find with a little diligence you will be up and running in no time.

I am not a US resident, can I still use your programs?

We have over 80,000 members around the world who use our programs. Our programs will work anywhere in the world that has internet access.

Can I trade options in my IRA?

Yes. Even if your IRA broker has told you in the past that you can’t trade options, they may have been lying to you because they don’t like the hassle of the extra paperwork required.

Are your programs and services difficult to learn?

Absolutely not. We have over 80,000 members from complete novices to professional day traders who are able to use our programs and services. Our member support is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST and is able to assist you with any of your questions. What is your refund policy?

When does my membership expire?

Your membership starts the date of enrollment. Depending upon the program you purchased, you will have 1 or 2 years of access. If you need a more specific account overview, please contact member support.

Is my membership automatically renewed?

Because we have different packages and memberships available, this may vary. For more specific information on whether your program is automatically renewed, please contact us.

Is it possible to get your programs at a discounted price?

I do not have a credit card, what payment methods do you accept?

In addition to Credit Card, we accept payments in the form Check (international check if outside of the United States) or Money Order. We do not accept Paypal.
