Not receiving our emails, or notice you are only receiving certain emails from us?

We know how frustrating this can be, especially when your ISPs (Internet Service Provider) or e-mail service stops delivering e-mails you requested or from your trusted sources. In recent years, as technology continues to advance, many ISPs and e-mail services have taken to trusting various ‘blacklist’ sources to help determine what they should be allowing or blocking for their users. Unfortunately, this can cause a lot of headaches when e-mails you are expecting never arrive because they match the model to another e-mail that someone else has flagged as spam.

While many responsible e-mail service providers and anti-spam companies understand the increase of falsely identifying spam e-mails, and are working to better adapt their scrutiny, there are still measures that you can do to help assist in this and ensure that e-mails that are important to you do not get flagged. This is called ‘white listing’ – which means that you are telling your e-mail service provider or ISPs that these are wanted emails from trusted sources.

White listing should be your first step after enrolling as a member. Firstly, no matter who your ISPs or e-mail provider is, you should add the e-mail address in the “From” line of your Profits Run emails to your e-mail address book.
